We bring you peak flavour by starting with beautiful whole Mexican chilies.  They’re toasted, ground and blended with other herbs and spices.  Like all Bluewater Pepper Farm spices, it comes in a convenient, zip-lock packet for guaranteed freshness.  No salt added, so you can control the seasoning and get 30g of concentrated flavour.

Not only does our Chipotle Chili Powder make kicking chili con carne, but you can use it in many other ways.   Blended with salt and a little brown sugar, it makes a perfect rub for grilled meats.  Use it to season tacos, on fish, chicken, etc.  Great for vegetarian, gluten free and vegan cooking as well.
