This blend of the finest tropical spices, combined with my own Bluewater Pepper Farm Hot Smokey Chipotle and Sweet Smoked Paprika delivers the authentic BBQ flavour of real Jamaican jerk spice!
Use this to make a delicious jerk marinade for chicken or pork. It also makes an awesome rub for all types of grilled meat or fish. Add it to your vegetarian dishes too. The heat level is medium-mild. The blend includes aromatics like Jamaican nutmeg and allspice, fresh ground cinnamon, cloves with the chipotle adding fire and smoky goodness.
This is a pure spice blend with no salt added. You get maximum flavour and control your own salt intake to taste. Typical supermarket spice blends include salt as the main ingredient by weight. The spice blend is vegan and gluten-free. Available in 2 sizes – 35g or 70g.
